    With over a decade of legal experience, Mr. Marano is known for disciplined preparation, practical insight, and results-driven representation.

    He earned his B.A. in Business and Real Estate Law before obtaining his Juris Doctor. His background spans both transactional and litigation matters, having practiced at several respected firms in Brooklyn and Manhattan. This experience shaped a comprehensive understanding of how to protect client interests in and out of court.

    As Managing Partner, Mr. Marano oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations and legal strategy, ensuring each matter receives focused attention and professional rigor. He also serves as a Court-Appointed Referee in foreclosure proceedings in Suffolk and Kings Counties.

    With extensive experience in real estate transactions, small business development, and strategic operations, Vincent brings a practical, results-driven perspective to every matter.
